Synopsis: Captain Archer and Commander Tucker are returning from Keto-Enol, where they had a successful first contact with the Enolians. After the Enterprise loses contact with their shuttle, Subcommander T'Pol learns that they were mistakenly arrested for smuggling and are now on an Enolian Guard prison transport to the Canamar penal colony.

Before the Enterprise can reach the transport ship, an Enolian prisoner named Kuroda Lor-ehn and a Nausicaan accomplice overpower the guards and take over the ship. Archer and Tucker must pretend to be prisoners until they can find a way to safely resolve the situation.
