| Episode Title: "PROJECTIONS" Production Number: 817 Original Air Date: 09-11-95 Stardates: 48892.1 Synopsis: The Voyager's Emergency Medical Hologram awakens to find himself alone on the Voyager, where a holographic projection of Reginald Barclay tries to convince him that he is really Dr. Lewis Zimmerman, a Starfleet engineer on Jupiter Station who was trapped in a holodeck when an accident flooded it with radiation. Barclay says he must destroy the ship in order to end the simulation, so they can get him out of the holodeck before the radiation kills him. But a hologram of Commander Chakotay appears and tells him that the E.M.H. was in the Voyager holodeck when a kinoplasmic radiation surge in the imaging system created a feedback loop between the E.M.H. and the holodeck, and if he ends the simulation, his program will be lost permanently.
