Synopsis: While the Enterprise is docked with a Kreetassan ship, a lifeform enters the ship through the airlock and captures several crew members, including Captain Archer and Commander Tucker, and forms a synaptic bond with them. Ensign Sato and Subcommander T'Pol must find a way to communicate with the creature before its bond with the crew members becomes permanent.
