Suliban CabalPhysical Attributes: Humanoid. Historical Notes: The Suliban are a somewhat primitive species from Sector 3641. The Suliban homeworld became uninhabitable during Earth's Nineteenth Century. Most Suliban are nomadic, but some have assimilated into other cultures, including the one on Tandar Prime. The Suliban Cabal began attacking the Tandarans around 2144 as part of a Temporal Cold War, in which members of the Cabal received genetic enhancement technology from contacts in the future. The Tandarans began rounding up all Suliban citizens in the Tandar Sector -- whether or not they were genetically enhanced members of the Cabal -- and incarcerated them in detention centers. The Suliban Cabal travels through interstellar space in small Cell-Ships with powerful particle weapons. Many Cell-Ships can be linked together to create a large Helix space station. In 2151, Klaang, a Klingon agent, learned about a Suliban conspiracy that was trying to destabilize the Klingon Empire, on orders from operatives in the future. Before Klaang could return to Qo'noS with his information, he was attacked by genetically enhanced Suliban soldiers and crash landed on Earth, drawing humans into the Temporal Cold War. In 2152, Silik, the leader of the Suliban Cabal, followed orders from his contact in the future to destroy a Paraagan mining colony and frame the crew of the Enterprise, Earth's first deep-space starship. |
